Rahmi Pehlivanlı, Türk çağdaş sanatının önde gelen isimlerinden biridir. Soyut dışavurumcu tarzıyla tanınan sanatçı, renkli ve dinamik kompozisyonlarıyla dikkat çeker. 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında etkili olan sanatçı, soyut eserleriyle Türk resim sanatına önemli katkılar yapmıştır.
